RotisApproach R-360
ABOUT THE R-360
Introducing the RotisApproach for building your aircraft.
This device provides an aircraft builder with easy access to complete the significant system assembly process of the fuselage and tailcone. The fuselage firewall is bolted to mounting arms on the main rotation plate. Builders have instant ability to rotate their project 360 degrees, by simply working a standard ½” drive ratchet wrench attached to a socket connector on the top of the gear box top. The gear box includes an internal friction disk brake, engaged by a simple finger knob, to minimize drive shaft movement. A 2,000 lbs. capacity liner actuator provides vertical adjustment to raise and lower the project to the perfect working height. This height adjustment is available at the flick of an up/down rocker switch mounted on the gear head. Units are available in 110volt or 12volt configuration. Having adjustable height is a really big advantage. Builders can rotate the fuselage on its side and lower the work down to perfect for a desk chair or drafting stool, then raise the project up and work from a standing position. No need to crawl into the tailcone for assembly of control systems. This can be accomplished by turning the system completely upside down and rolling under the project on an office chair. You can only image how incredibly useful this rotisserie until you have your fuselage mounted on one. The work goes exponentially faster and all those challenging tasks become much easier with a RotisApproach.
The design of the RotisApproach device includes a cable loop that runs to the tailcone end. As the operating head unit raises or lowers, the cable traveling to the aft end of the tailcone creates an equal balanced reaction keeping the project level on the cord-line. As the firewall moves, the tip of the tailcone is in perfect sequence and precise rotation of the project is accomplished safely at any vertical height setting.
The RotisApproach system will stand out as an eye catcher in your build shop. Visitors will check out your project from time to time and be struck by this unique and valuable device. Builders are often in contact with other builders and watch the progress of each other’s project. If you are using the RotisApproach system, you will often amaze other builders at how quickly and efficiently you are able to make progress.
To make the most out of your valuable time building an aircraft, consider RotisApproach. You will immediately realize the value. Smart builders that purchase and enjoy use of the RotisApproach system will finish faster and then be able to sell it to the next builder in the future.
